3. How does this work as a nonprofit?

As a nonprofit organization, all resources are reinvested into the mission:

  • Field access and facility rentals

  • Player development tools and equipment

  • Mentorship programs led by current and former professional players

  • Travel assistance and scholarships for athletes who need support

Our focus is creating opportunity and access, not profit.

5. How do you measure success?

Success is measured by impact, not profits:

  • Number of athletes who gain access to mentorship, facilities, and skill development

  • Growth in player opportunities, including college recruitment or pro exposure

  • Number of mentorship hours logged with professional players

  • Expansion of fields, programs, and community reach

  • Stories of personal growth, skill advancement, and player achievements

6. Who are the mentors and coaches?

Our mentors are current and former MLB players, professional coaches, and scouts.
They provide:

  • On-field coaching and skill development

  • Career guidance and insight into the professional baseball world

  • Mentorship on mindset, work ethic, and preparation for the next level

7. What kind of games do you host?

  • Free, invite-only pick-up scrimmages in Florida

  • Focused on competition, skill-building, and mentorship

  • Designed to keep athletes sharp during the offseason

  • A platform to be seen by scouts, coaches, and mentors

8. Why focus on “Players First” and brotherhood?

Too often, the game becomes about politics, money, or exposure.
At The Farm League FL, the focus is on:

  • Supporting players in their journey to the show

  • Building a community of trust and mentorship

  • Giving every athlete a chance to grow, learn, and be noticed

We create an environment where players help players — a brotherhood that carries beyond the field.

9. How can someone support The Farm League FL?

  • Donate: Support field rentals, equipment, and mentorship programs.

  • Sponsor: Help fund games, player scholarships, or community outreach.

  • Partner: Collaborate as a facility, school, or business to expand access.

  • Volunteer: Coaches, mentors, and operational support are always needed.

Every contribution directly fuels opportunity for athletes who might not otherwise have a path.

10. Where does the opportunity lead?

The Farm League is a bridge, not a pipeline for commissions:

  • Players gain visibility with scouts, coaches, and professional mentors

  • Athletes can earn college opportunities, minor league tryouts, or professional exposure

  • Every connection, every scrimmage, and every mentor interaction is designed to expand the athlete’s pathway to the show

11. What is the ultimate goal?

To provide access, mentorship, and opportunity to athletes on the road to the show, while building a brotherhood of players and mentors who support one another.

We exist to keep dreams alive, sharpen skills, and provide real-world guidance from those who have done it — for the next generation of players.
